Rivage's official synopsis places humanity's discovery of VESTA in the 25th century. That date establishes a future in which travel beyond the Solar System and an orbital research station are possible, but it does not by itself define every technology or political institution.

Avoid false lore

Do not infer a specific Earth government, travel speed, colonisation history, or calendar from the century alone. Those details belong in the wiki only when an in-game record or first-party source states them.

The century is best used as a frame for the mission: a distant future with recognisable human records, machinery, and institutional research.
