Give every loop a question

A.R.E.S. has limited energy, and Rivage's loop structure asks the player to turn knowledge into progress. A useful run therefore begins with a question, not a list of every available interaction.

Plan a loop

  1. Review what K9 has preserved.
  2. Pick one unresolved system or story claim.
  3. Choose the shortest known route to test it.
  4. Leave time to observe the result and any downstream change.
  5. At reset, separate confirmed results from new hypotheses.

Avoid repetition

Do not repeat a solved action unless its state must be recreated or a new variable could change the outcome. K9 exists to reduce that repetition, so planning should focus on the boundary of what is known.

Exact energy budgets and optimal routes require a specified game build and should not be inferred from promotional descriptions.
